Joe and Dan were extremely prompt after I called the their office to request a roofing quote, they were able to come give an estimate that evening! I also appreciated the fact that they didn't try to push the sale once they showed up. I told them my situation, they listened, went on the roof and came down with a reasonable price for a better product than others were offering. I also didn't get the "shady, smooth-operator" storm chaser "feeling" from them. Joe explained he had been doing this for years and you could tell he knew his way around a roof, not some "fast-Eddie" who gets you to sign the contract but has never got his hands dirty. They were able to stay on schedule with doing the roof 2 weeks after their bid. The crew was professional, fast, and high quality. They left no trace of the job when they were done. Both Dan and Joe were quick to respond to texts and calls with my questions. I am VERY happy with the overall experience.
Our area suffered a big hail storm and virtually every house was getting a new roof except ours. Our insurance company did an inspection and said we had no damage. Evergreen was instrumental in convincing our insurance company to do a re-check and ultimately pay out for a new roof, new garage door, etc., that was damaged by the hail storm. They were quick and professional. They made excellent suggestions on roof color and quality, and cleaned up the site when finished. I think their communication could be better, as I waited and waited for return phone calls and e-mails. In the ened, all issues were resolved, and I would use them again.
Joe had my roof done in 2 days and it was exactly what I want out of a roofer. When I leave for work and come home I don't even want to know they were there. Nothing broken, no damaged plants, no nails or shingles anywhere. They even put plywood in front of my garage to make sure nothing hit the house. A+++ service at a great price.
